|Recommended: YesGrandview Review — I have lived at Grandview for roughly 9 years. In that time I have had little to no problems. For the price you couldn't get any better.
|Recommended: YesCurrent renter — I have lived here 6 months and am so far very happy. All maintenance issues are handled quickly. Office is usually quick to respond to any questions. I have great neighbors the place is clean and to be living in this location in Springfield Missouri is pretty good.

|Recommended: YesA good place to live — I really enjoy living here at Grandview of course I think the rent is too high but for what is offered - washer and dryer hookups and the size of the apartment - it is well work it. The grounds are kept clean and maintained, there is a pool and ample parking Mike in the office is very friendly and Johnnie does the maintenance. All in all, I am very pleased with Grandview Village.

|Recommended: YesHere at Grandview we just got new pool furniture, a remodeled office and remodeled laundry room. They are so nice now The flowers and landscaping are just beautiful Along with the great Staff, Mike and Johnny are on the ball always and always so helpful and friendly I LOVE living here at Grandview Village

|Recommended: NoVery cramped living space, no storage — Other than the clothes closet there's no storage and I have things in boxes.
Exhaust fans are not effective.
Maintenance can take days and my last problem was not resolved with bath tub faucet dial has no distinct turn off, hard to shut off and drips, sometimes I get hot water on me trying to adjust it. Told Mike about this twice and called into corporate with Michelle never calling me back. Johnny worked on it twice
and made it worse the last time The cold water screams too. i bet you never contact me either.
